Perhaps the doctor is even competent by objective standards - I did not stay long enough to judge that. I suffer from a complex, complicated condition that requires a lot of attention und unfortunately at the moment, some heavy medication. I turned to Dr Hilbertz in the hopes of finding a decent "Hausarzt" in Cleves who is attentive and takes sufficient time to treat their patients. What I encountered however, was a ludicrous, dismissive and even patronizing attituted towards me and my requirements. A doctor should be a humane person before being a doctor! Will switch to another physician as soon as possible.
